BOY: border for SWT widgets does not scale correctly

Create a BOY screen with an SWT widget (Combo box, VTable Display, ...). Set auto zoom to fit all. The border around the widget is not of the appropriate size: when you stretch back and forth the component sometimes is bigger, sometimes is smaller (and is covered by the widget.)
