feat: show Company / Group on related-node org chips (v0.73.0)

Buyer gap: after #92 person chips use Our side / Counterparty, related org chips still say `Demo Corp (Organization)`.

• Hydrate `entity_level_label` from `common_lookup_value`
• Caption is Demo Corp (Company) / Test Group (Group)
• Missing lookup falls back to the code; never invents a level
• Stacked on feat(ui): show business context on related-node chips (v0.75.0) #92 so 0.73.0 sits after 0.72.0

Verified locally: frontend vitest (38 passed); oxlint clean; related-keymen/corporate API tests (2 passed).

Stacked on #92. Merge #92 first, then rebase this if squash rewrites main. Org chips: Demo Corp (Company) via entity_level_label. Unresolved/missing lookup falls back to the code.
