Even though this is an incomplete and untested pull request, it is at least more up-to-date and more stable than the current ContextLab/master branch. So I'm going to merge this, and then we can clean/fix it up in future updates. |

There are about a year and a half's worth of updates here; some from the
supereegbranch, some from themind2019branch, etc. In addition, this is a WIP update that provides an additional way of submitting and monitoring jobs. It's not currently stable and definitely needs some attention, but iirc more than half the core is there at this point.
