Self catching feature addition

This pull request contains the addition of Self Catching (Instance caught by the bot itself) feature. Feel free to edit the code or the tutorial if needed.

Reminder for next time that Custom Commands are more for slash commands than text commands. The eval command is not really meant for everyone to use like slash commands, so I rather put it in the Evals folder instead so people know that only owners and whoever else is authorized can use it.

I have seen a few mistakes you made in the tutorial images. I took the correct ones so you can see how will it actually look like. (ignore the other changes, my screenshots are just an example of correction) (the first screenshot is the init function of BallSpawnView class) (do not add dailycatch and fullsd)
