Identity service not working with OS4j

I'm using the latest version of OpenStack4j as well as Devstack, I was able to authenticate, use compute, image, and network service except the identity service, it's always unauthorized or not found, and when I tried to use the same working code with openstack it failed, I could only authenticate. Can you please help me with that?
