CII BT-150 question

I have a quick question on the CII syntax mapping of BT-150 that came up in phax/en16931-cii2ubl#33

Is there a specific reason why this is only mapped to /rsm:CrossIndustryInvoice/rsm:SupplyChainTradeTransaction/ram:IncludedSupplyChainTradeLineItem/ram:SpecifiedLineTradeAgreement/ram:GrossPriceProductTradePrice/ram:BasisQuantity/@unitCode but not on the ...ram:NetPriceProductTradePrice... as well?

E.g. BT-149 is explicitly mapped to both gross and net prices.
