- Updated LGCast module.
- Added method to close camera if TV reject the mobile camera permission.
- Deleted unnecessary code that may occurs crash
- This code configures AVCaptureSession twice. It sometimes take to crash because 'avCaptureSession.startrunning' runs asynchronous.
