- Merge Dockerfile.ci content into Dockerfile as 'ci' stage - Update devcontainer.json to target 'dev' stage and remove initializeCommand - Delete Dockerfile.ci and update CI workflow to build 'ci' target - Adjust README to reflect new multi-stage architecture - Change remoteUser to 'vscode' for non-root development
