feat(example-sets): De Wilgenboom's public pages use the options their boards need

De Wilgenboom's public pages use the portaliq options their boards need (proof run 3, boards Home, Zoeken, Artikel and Contentpagina). Lane LQ-wilgenboom.

What changes (only lib/Settings/portals/po.json)

• Portal: breadcrumb: "page", so the trail ends on the page title.
• Zoeken: a filter column "Soort" and "Voor wie" ("Voor wie" as radios). The field has no visible label (label "Zoekterm"), and the intro is the board's.
• Artikel: the crumb runs through "Nieuws en documenten", with the pill "Nieuws" above the title. The light card "Nieuws uit de groep van uw kind" sits on top of the right column, above "Meer nieuws". The Kinderboekenweek item ends with the board's closing sentence.
• Contentpagina: the "Afwezig melden" button sits inside "Online melden", and the separate button is gone. "Liever bellen?" is a plain card with the number in bold. The last paragraph is a warning callout, and the table has row headers.
• Home: "Verlof aanvragen" draws a document icon. The agenda's "Ouderavond" is no link, as on the board.

OpenSpec: openspec/changes/wilgenboom-public-pages-follow-the-boards. Test: tests/Unit/Portal/WilgenboomDeclarationsTest.php (4 tests, all fail on development's po.json).

Depends on

• portaliq options already on development: catalogue facets, article crumb, callout action, rowHeaders, breadcrumb.
• breadcrumb is only written once ExamplePortalProvisioner::FILLABLE lists it. That is shared code, so it is a request to lane FIX-L.
• An instance that loaded po before keeps its pages. Proof run 4 is a fresh load.

Not in this change

• "Nieuwsbrieven (2)" and the "Schooljaar" facet: a news item has no kind or school-year field (portaliq).
• A link inside a table cell ("Verlof aanvragen"): nlTable renders text only (portaliq).
• The side links "Gym en zwemmen" and "Luizencontrole": no page content exists for them, and this change does not invent it.
