EmailPdfRetryJob is parked until a filinq mail-to-PDF adapter exists #3452

What is missing

EmailPdfRetryJob is parked. There is no filinq adapter that turns a mail into a PDF.

Why it matters

Mails that should be archived as PDF on the case are not retried. Running the job without an adapter would use up the three retries and drop every row for good, so it was unregistered.

Already done

• Parked and taken off the job list: fix(jobs): auto-close opts in per case type, the digest is composed as its recipient, dead jobs removed, DSO deadline reachable #3352 (Ruben, 2026-10-07/08).

Done when

• filinq offers a mail-to-PDF adapter, and dossiq resolves it the way it resolves other filinq services.
• run() uses it, writes as BackgroundServiceAccount, and the job is registered again in info.xml.
• A test covers a successful retry and a failed one that keeps its row.
