Github action for backend #58
Description
We need to add actions for testing PR for backend, which uses node.js and vanilla javascript as core. lint, prettier, and jest for node.js are added to the backend environment. Please, specify to folder backend if you use the current Node.js workflow, and add commands only specifically for that folder.
Core dependencies: express.js, nodemon, mongoose, axios
