Homepage - News Section

This section comes after About section. Each piece of new will redirect to its page after the user clicks "learn more". There will be no "news" page, but there are specific news pages. For example, https://occcsclub/news -> no page, https://occcsclub/news/year/title -> to the page that has the title.

Normally, there are only three news are displayed in this section. However, if there are more than three news come up from the club in a short time, carousel feature must be shown in order to let user to explore more news. It is up to the assignee to choose whether the user click right or left button, or let the user swipe horizontally to get more news.

The color is temporary.

Feel free to use @faker package to generate fake data.
