Responsive for Resources Page

The Resources page is currently not responsive in mobile display mode. It will be great if the page can show components without awkwardness in mobile display mode. The tab menu displays buttons out of container and text in content box gets overflow when resizing the browser to under 1200px as width. Tab menu must have fixed size when width between 1200 and mobile width.
