This is a test for sync-oscal-cac.
This PR has the updates(catalog, profile, and component-definition) to OSCAL content, which could trigger the workflow sync-oscal-cac. The workflow will create a PR to CAC content, which could sync the OSCAL content updates to CAC automatically.
