compass-style.org site syntax preference menu on top right does not seem to work

This is not a problem with compass, but rather the http://compass-style.org site.

When visiting reference pages like http://compass-style.org/reference/compass/typography/lists/inline-block-list/ or http://compass-style.org/reference/compass/typography/lists/horizontal_list/ featuring sample sass, I click on "SCSS" in the top right Syntax Preference box (id: #syntax_pref) but it only shows the SASS version of the markup. Tried this on Firefox 14 and Chrome in Mac and Firefox 14/Chromium in Linux with same results.

In contrast seems to work fine in the examples (e.g.: http://compass-style.org/examples/compass/css3/border_radius/ )
