Description
This is a feature request, rather than a bug report. After some research, In commit aef304d, it seems that functionality for non ender pearl and /tp teleportation was disabled within compact machines. While I understand the objective with this was to prevent players from escaping the bounds of the compact machine, it would be very nice to have the option to disable this functionality via config.
My example use case would be this. A player has 4 compact machines for various purposes. Rather than needing to have 4 visible compact machine blocks in their base, they could use Mekanism teleporter portals to create a fifth "hub" compact machine, containing portals to each other compact machine. That is essentially the setup I'm trying to create now, but it seems the current implementation blocks these teleporters. My entire base is within a compact machine in my current game, so having this ability to quickly visit other machines would be incredibly helpful.
Would this somehow be possible? As it stands currently, the attached image contains the behavior I observe when trying to create this setup, using compact machines version 7.0.22.

How to reproduce
- Create a pair of Mekanism portals. One within a compact machine, and another outside of a compact machine
- Power and sync the portals' channels, and ensure both ends are chunk loaded by your preferred method.
- Attempt to enter the portal. If entering from the side not within a compact machine, the teleport will operate as expected. If entering the portal within the compact machine, the teleportation will fail and result in the message in the attached image.
a. Note that if both sides of your portal are within different compact machines, teleportation will fail from both ends
