De fato, como indicado inicialmente, as anotações das sentenças do par são consistentes.

Registrei neste commit minha revisão das duas sentenças. Concordei com as anotações originais e incluí o atributo reviewer2 nas duas. Infelizmente, esqueci de inserir o atributo # cross_reference = Casasnovas2006:11:25:156 em Avila2021:0:0:371. Poderia incluir, @dominickmaia ?
