[Feature] Have UnitTests run as part of CI builds

Describe the problem this feature would solve

We should really ensure that our CI runs our UnitTests and make that a requirement of our check-in process.

• Dependent on Several markdown tests are failing #1383.
• Need to fix NullableBool test, think it's OS version specific now, need to know what version it was fixed in?
• Add to CI
