[BUG] Windows Popup Overflow Beyond Screen Bounds with anchor

Current Behavior

When the popup is anchored near the edges of the screen, part of the popup is displayed outside the visible screen area, making some of its content inaccessible

Expected Behavior

The popup should be fully visible within the screen bounds, adjusting its position to stay within the visible area

Steps To Reproduce

1. Click Show popup
2. Observe popup in wrong location
