Following on from this discussion here it would be useful if as part of the Aspire 9 release the Ollama hosting component exposed some resource commands that would allow a user to manage the models in their Ollama instance.

- Re-download a model
- Delete a model

This might be better waiting for #119 first, as then the commands can be on the resource for the model rather than on the Ollama hosting resource, which I think would make more sense.
