A docker container that runs Grow-IoT, InfluxDB, and Grafana all together would be lovely... especially if it was documented.

Done. To use it:

1. Make sure you have docker installed
2. docker-compose up

This is almost done, all that's left is to customize the Grafana container by copying packages/cg-grafana/thing-dashboard.js to public/dashboards/
