feat: add inline queue progress

Summary

Add inline queue progress bar + summary tied to the actionbar, and move the active-jobs toggle/context menu into the actionbar.

Changes

• What: Teleport inline progress into docked/floating actionbar containers, show summary text, and reuse shared current-node naming in queue list.
