Re-applies the Playwright MCP integration that was reverted in #4048. The original revert was due to UI/settings issues that have since been resolved. This adds: - MCP configuration for Playwright browser automation - Updated Playwright to 1.52.0 for better compatibility - Documentation for Claude Code integration - Updated test snapshots for visual consistency The MCP server enables AI coding assistants to take screenshots and interact with the development server for enhanced testing and debugging.
