[Bug]: Reroutes inside subgraphs fail to serialize #4903

Upon saving and reloading a workflow with reroutes inside a subgraph, reroutes disappear. Preliminary investigation suggests the reroutes do not exist in the serialized workflow.
Tested on current main (8e357c4) and v1.26.1
