[Bug]: Switching sidebar location causes DOM widget position offset

Expected Behavior

When switching sidebar location, the DOM widgets to shift in accordance with the canvas position shift.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Load graph with nodes that have DOM widget
2. Go to settings -> sidebar location -> change from left to righ tor vice verse

It also seems to happen when starting app, but fixes itself after a few seconds.

It also seems to happen when starting app, but fixes itself after a few seconds.

The initial app shift is fixed in #3565, but the sidebar loc change shift is still not fixed.

It seems like the reactive element bounding is not immedidately updated after sidebar location change.
