[Feature Request]: Add contextual settings to context menu

What would your feature do ?

Add contextual settings to context menus.

A single new submenu item in the node / group / workflows / task queue / etc context menus, containing a curated list of "quick access" frontend settings for that item / area type.

Proposed workflow

1. Right click on a node
2. Click submenu: Global node settings (preferably a name that says "settings that affect all nodes", etc)
3. Click:
   • Badges
4. Node badges are disabled

Additional information

This should likely be broken up into smaller issues.
