adds apparel and weaponry based on the overlord franchise, mostly pertaining to its first region of Nordberd
armor values could be tweaked, mass/bulk should definitely be tweaked as these are very heavy parkas, the lantern prevents weapons above a set mass from being held (forcing them to drop), that system will want to be reworked for CE i imagine, animals definitely
