See what lessons we can learn from Raven

- Review the non-amateur radio-specific features of https://github.com/kn6plv/Raven
- Determine if there are any features we would want to implement
- Determine if there is a way for us to expose an API for them to use similar to how we do with the TAK server so Raven can talk to our mesh client directly. We should try to make this universal so other programs can do the same.
