If we don't make the type nullable, the value null gets translated to (0,0)
The test was copied from the one-based test But the array under test wasn't converted to a zero-based one Now it is

Description
Closes #88.
Added functions on 2D array and its one-based equivalent to get a first index tuple of a given value, or null if not found. Added supporting unit tests for both methods.
