I met Mikhail Volkov around 2008 He was a brilliant engineer with a bright future ahead of him He was wickedly intelligent, funny and good natured Long before I ever coded in C#, I remember Mikhail excitedly talking about it one day It was this cool new language he had discovered I remember he was particularly fond of "delegates" I had no clue what they were at the time So in a small gesture, I've named this delegate in his memory RIP old friend
