Corrigidos caracteres especiais do português (acentos e cedilha) que estavam corrompidos (
?) em comentários XML dos seguintes arquivos:RazorViewTemplateEngine.csConfiguration/RazorMailerOptions.csConfiguration/ConfigureServices.csOs arquivos foram salvos originalmente em encoding ANSI/Latin-1 em vez de UTF-8, causando a corrupção.
