Add support for slides on audio playback. #331

Description
AlphaTab does not generate any midi events for handling slides. This defect replaces #81 considering that the other are implemented by now. Any missing/further effect should behandled as individual issue.
Possible Solutions
Check with GuitarPro which adaptions to the pitch bend they make as part of the individual slide types and adopt it. Pick slides might be tricky, also GuitarPro does not generate any specific audio on midi output for them.
