Doesn't work with overlay packages #67

Hi,
this package works really great, thank you for that!
One thing that bothers me is that I cannot use it with overlay packages like "onboarding_overlay", "tutorial" and "overlay_tutorial" because the position of the highlighted area is always wrong. It could be the same issue as in #17.
You can run the onboarding_overlay example with the standard ResponsiveWrapper.builder and the position is wrong.
