[WP 5.8] Gutenberg block is not visible in widget block editor

Description:

When I reach on widget block, I couldn't find the visualizer Gutenberg block in the widget block editor area to use it

How to reproduce:

1. Go to {site_url}/wp-admin/widgets.php page.
2. And click to add block button.
3. Find visualizer block.

Expected behaviour:

I can able to use the visualizer Gutenberg block in the widget block editor.

Current behaviour:

I can't find the visualizer Gutenberg block in the widget block editor.
