feat: improvements to upsell link positioning

Summary

Adds new upsell links and improves existing ones:

• Adds one to main Dashboard menu.
• Moves the "Need help deciding" in Free v Pro to Sidebar from the bottom.
• Makes the "Get Neve Pro" in Module page a button from a link.
