Solution file names that end with "update.cpp" cannot be invoked

Not sure if this is intended behaviour but it doesn't seem to be called out anywhere.

Got into the same problem with a solution named bs.cpp. Polygon does not handle it correctly.
The file is compiled successfully (using either g++ or MSVC), but all invocations get failed with the message like System failed to run file or Exit code is 13131313.

This issue also applies for my solution that is named xxxx_update_bug.cpp. Perhaps it won't work as long as 'update' us a substring.
