Vertical Task Bar / Usage tooltip #85

Unfortunately, the widget doesn't work on the Windows (10) taskbar if it's set vertically, likely due to the available space to render it. I use it vertically on the right side. And used to work around this issue using the tooltip on mouse hover to check my Claude usage.
However, I noticed that starting from version 2, this tooltip no longer available. I'm not entirely sure if that's what happened.

With Claude's help, I modified the project to show "Claude Code usage: 5h: X% | 7d: Y%" in the tooltip and compiled it locally (clone), which worked. Additionally, it might also be interesting to show the complete usage directly somewhere as a USAGE option in the tray icon menu.

If you think it's worth opening an issue or PR for this, I'd be happy to contribute as much as I can, though I don't have experience with Rust.
