Feature description
The feature should allow users to set certain apps as [let's say] addictive. When trying to open those apps, a warning should appear with a timer of, for example, 10 seconds. Once that time has passed, the app can be opened. This way, the user has some time to actively and mindfully think if they really want/need to open that app, while avoiding impulsive opening of apps.
Optionally, setting how much time the user wants/needs to spend in that app (and obviously later on letting the user know when that time has passed).

Additional information
The idea is basically to implement this feature from the minimalist phone app.
