[Bug Report] Searching for a hidden app makes it show in the app list #199

Bug description
When my search query matches an app that is hidden, and then I go out of search it does list the hidden app in the list.
Steps to reproduce the bug
- (optional) set search filter to 0
- hide an app (let's assume it is called "ABCDEFG")
- write in search "A" (or any letter that matches the name of the app)
- delete the search query
- the app is there in the list
Expected behavior
On step 5 for the app to stay hidden and not show in the list.
And (in my opinion) even better for it not to show in the list of results in the first place.
