For External link to download this item: first it will take the value from dc.identifier.doi, if it is not defined it will take it from cg.identifier.url.

From MEL side, it is not sending the link anymore please refer to point 12 https://github.com/CodeObia/MEL/issues/6989#issuecomment-569627009
