Improvement: Button to swap two adjacent windows

This is admittedly a bit of a stretch, and yet it can be useful.

Right now there is no way to swap two windows.

Use case: I believe copying feels more natural when done from left to right (for me at least; but I'm assuming it could be the case also in western cultures, could be very different in other cultures, and could have something to do with the direction of writing), however the files are already open in windows that require copying to happen right to left. There is no simple way to swap them around. I'm assuming there could be other use cases as well.

Proposed solution: the middle bar between windows (the one that can be dragged around) is thick enough to accommodate a thin button that swaps the contents of the two adjacent windows. The button icon can be the same icon that's currently used to signify it can be dragged.

How about double-clicking to swap?, you can try the update in the !Dev branch.

Works fine :) I did notice however that if I'm clicking on the vertical separation bar the bar moves around. It's not a big deal, as I can then use Ctrl+2 to recenter it, but it's a bit unexpected and it makes it feel wonky. I'm also noticing some weird very thin off-center vertical line on the separation bar (see attached).

I'll see that line at the end of all issues, It's a matter of the other complement.

Regarding the line, I make now it possible to disable movement and double click in line by change it in the editor options for the next update.

I did this because Godot's native split (hsplit/vsplit) behave this way
