What does this PR do?

This PR does the following:

  • Re-designs the courses page based on feedback
  • Adds the 'Events' page to the application
  • Fixes some bugs

Description of tasks completed?

Bugs fixed include:

  • Redirect the user to the 'courses page' after login
  • The top logos now links to the homepage
  • Footer padding now consistent on safari, chrome and firefox

Note: On the dashboard, when editing a course, there is now an option called 'Display Image URL'. Here, the image that will be displayed on courses page can be specified.
