MudComboBox ChipCloseable not working

MudComboBox ChipCloseable is not working as intented, instead is opening the ComboBox.

This occur in the ComboBox documention demo as well.

The problem was the triggered event. MudComboBox's menu was open onmousedown event that causes an overlay and chip click event never occur. We changed event from mousedown to click, hope it will not break anything.
