Step one in my second attempt at adding variable handling and game options to the CampaignSelector. The basic idea is to make CampaignSelector INIalizable and able to track a number of navigable XNAPanels, which will eventually be used to hold context-sensitive controls that will allow players to select the mission/campaign they wish to play as well as interact with variables and set game options.
