sp-coupler v1.1

New features:

• option to adjust the LES qt variability, in order to control the cloud condensate amount
• switch to Python3 to follow OMUSE
• performance improvements, making communication with the LES models asynchronous

SP-coupler release for paper reference

This is the first release of sp-coupler, a python code to superparametrize OpenIFS with the LES code DALES within a selected geographical region.
