Summary
In response to the following user feedback:
"what ports do I use for your cloud hosted service?
Looks like 3306 is used for mysql on the cloud but I need the TCP port and I don't know whether or not it is 9000"
Adding two extra columns to this table to show what is supported in Cloud.
