Scripts and Documentation for EDMF+1M/2M LWP-N Experiments

Purpose

This adds documentation on how to run ensembles of perturbed DYCOMS-RF02 simulations, as well as helper scripts for creating, running, and plotting the simulations. Includes parallelized workflow as well as serial workflow.

• all_paths.jl keeps track of the configuration path, the output path, as well as the reference configuration file.
• ci_plots_extension.jl allows for the creation of summary.pdf files (including LWP/RWP/CDNC) for all simulation outputs for easy examination.
• make_yaml.jl creates the yaml files with different variation on the DYCOMS-RF02 and puts them in a specified directory.
• process_plot_outputs.jl allows for exploratory data analysis on the simulation ouputs (including sorting/grouping by initial conditions, removing empty runs, and plotting timeseries as well as LWP vs N).
