This oversight caused repeat firings of bows to be incredibly fast.

Summary

SUMMARY: Balance "Reset aim of bows between shots."

Purpose of change

Reload-and-shoot weapons require the shooter to bring their weapon away from aim, reload, and then regain aim. This is represented by resetting aim level after each shot.

This oversight caused repeat firings of bows to be incredibly fast.

Yes. It was done in different function.

That DOES appear to fix it appropriately. I wasn't aware of that change when I discussed this with Kevin, and apparently neither was he. I'd be more than happy for this to be reverted in that case.

That said, I feel like the regained stability should be closer to 0% at skill 0, maxing at 50%, but that's just me.
