Constant "Cataclysm DDA isn't responding" popups on Android

Describe the bug

On the Android version, I get constant OS popups telling me the game isn't responding. This seems to happen at regular intervals and makes playing the game impossible. This starts already at the installer data downloading phase.

I've had this on Android as far I can remember, but I checked quickly that it happens for me on 0.G, current 0.H RCs and latest experimental.

There's a video of the behavior attached, the video itself seems to have some problems because Android screen recorder can't reliably capture the game screen, but at least when viewing with VLC you can see the problem itself show up.

Happens the same on the Poco Phone C65 and Poco 3X Pro with experimental and 0.8H version of the game. Tested on stock Android after factory reset.

Android stores trace information when it experiences an ANR. On older OS releases, there's a single /data/anr/traces.txt file on the device. On newer OS releases, there are multiple /data/anr/anr_* files.
