"Winter survivor hood' recipe does not require the 'Furriery' Proficiency despite using fur and being part of the 'winter survivor' armor set

Every other piece of armor/clothing that involves fur requires the Furriery proficiency, including the winter survivor armor set. However, the hood does not, for some reason.

Solution you would like.

Crafting a winter survivor hood should train/require the Furriery Proficiency.
